Wedding
Blessing THAi ceremony at mandarin hotel bangkok
Mandarin Hotel, Bangkok
MEET THE COUPLE
V&V met during their university years, and from their first encounter, it was clear: they shared a love for all things refined, thoughtful, and beautifully made. Born into Thai families yet deeply inspired by European elegance and art de vivre, their wedding was an intimate reflection of their story. A balance of tradition and modernity, aesthetics and emotion.
Varisa has an exceptional eye for detail, with a distinct fashion sensibility and a gift for creating moments of beauty and warmth. Her care in hosting, in design, and in presence, shaped the rhythm of the celebration. Vong, on the other hand, brings heart to every experience. Joyful, generous, and focused on what truly matters: people and meaningful moments. Together, they make elegance feel effortless.
MY VISION FOR V&V’S BLESSING CEREMONY
From the beginning, I imagined a wedding that was both iconic and intimate. One that honored Thai traditions with a contemporary, artistic sensibility. I wanted to capture not just the aesthetics, but the essence: the grace of Varisa, the warmth of Vong, the emotion of every glance, every gesture, every embrace.
Their story called for timeless images, a deep respect for cultural beauty, and a touch of magic. Through meaningful details, elevated design, and the presence of their loved ones, we created more than a wedding, we crafted living memories.
Thai Blessing Ceremony
At the Mandarin Hotel in Bangkok, Varisa reimagined Thai tradition with a colorful, modern eye. Blending heritage with a vibrant aesthetic, V&V welcomed their guests for a tea and engagement ceremony that felt like poetry in motion. Along the river, the soft light reflected on the water during cocktail hour, adding a romantic atmosphere to the moment. Inside, the ceremony room had been completely transformed bold floral installations brought a fresh modernity to the warm wooden tones of the space. A celebration of love and legacy, beautifully reinterpreted.
