Parisian life was born in this district, the cradle of Paris where time stands still, where I love to walk there, the Quartier Latin, with its shops with wooden facades and old vintage badges. This place is one of the oldest district of Paris. It’s also where Parisian life begins for most French people. It hosts renowned schools such as La Sorbonne. The district is very lively and a real balance between typical Parisian life and tourist passage. I love to walk there with the couples that I meet for their engagement photo session because I find that it’s where we find the heart of Paris, between its shops, its booksellers, its terraces and its cafes. WITH A PARISIAN COUPLE

It was a Sunday morning of autumn, my favorite mornings on the capital where everyone is still sleeping. The freshness of the night froze our fingers and the last freshness of the night evaporated in contact with the heat of the first rays of sun. It was that morning that I met Cyril and Chloe. Cyril told me to go there every morning to get to work and how nice it was for him to take the time for a walk in this neighborhood he loves so much. Cyril and Chloé have known each other for several years and embody the Parisian French couple. They love party with friends, the travels, the simple evenings, the good food as we say in France des bons vivants. This pre wedding photo session in Paris was their moment together. They had just moved into their new apartment this pre wedding photo shoot in Paris was the opportunity for them to empty their minds and finally find themselves after these several months of work.

I love Sunday mornings, see Paris waking up, see the mist gradually disappear and let appear behind her the architecture of its city and smell the smell of pain au chocolat and fresh croissants from the Parisian bakeries that are about to open to the first morning clients. What I love above all is the light along the Quais de la Seine and it was with Cyril and Chloe that I spent this morning. These two were not sure of their ease in front of the camera.
