The Domaines de Patras was so peaceful this morning, the time for me to discover and get to know its inhabitants, dogs, cats, chickens and donkeys! Lavender danced to the rhythm of the wind, releasing its fragrance into the air. It was so beautiful and mild this morning. Sarah and Laurent shared years of common life in New Zealand before deciding to unite in Provence! For them the most important thing was to spend a pleasant moment with the most important people for them, their families and friends all gathered for this special day in all simplicity: a western ceremony under the shade of trees, a cocktail in the inner courtyard of the domaine and a dinner on a long table like a guinguette!

It was summer, the village of l’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue is one of the most prettiest villages of France with its traditional shop with its traditional shops of soap and olive oil with an aged wooden front. The village is surrounded by the Sorgues river which divides the pretty village into several islands where you can find restaurants with dishes with Provencal flavors by the water. But above all l'Isle-su-la-Sorgue is especially hosts one of the most beautiful churches in France, Notre Dame des Anges. The village place was filled with elegant guests with the flower girls and their basket of rose petals which by the heat bothered the air with their perfume. The village was full of curious tourists were approaching more and more around the church wondering who could marry in this beautiful church. So when the bride's car arrived many of them were trying to see our beautiful Harriet in her wedding dress on her dady's arm.
